The Division of Labor administers laws and regulations governing wages, minimum wage, youth employment, certain union issues and grievances, and employment-related immigration laws.

The Division does not have the authority to assist with Unemployment Insurance inquiries.
Call Unemployment Insurance at 303-318-9000 or email Unemployment using this form, be sure to select  "Unemployment Insurance" in the dropdown box marked "Direct Feedback To:" If you are a claimant,  you may fill out the Claimant Callback Request Form.
